Bio

Coach Frank Goode — born and raised in Mobile, Alabama — is no stranger to the football field. A 2004 graduate of B.C. Rain High School and a four-year scholar-athlete, his dedication earned him a full athletic scholarship to Concordia College-Selma, where he played football. He graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

After college, Coach Goode returned home to serve the youth in his community, volunteering at various parks to instill core values of leadership and self-discipline. In 2016, he returned to his alma mater (Ben C. Rain) as an Assistant Football Coach, and in 2021, he was named Director of Football Operations.

In 2023, Coach Goode accepted the opportunity to lead the Lady Red Raiders Flag Football Team at B.C. Rain High School. Under his leadership, the team reached the playoffs in both their inaugural and second seasons, set an Alabama state record for the most points scored in a single flag football game, and produced multiple AHSAA Women’s Flag Football Players of the Week along with several Mobile County 5A All-County Award recipients.

Coach Goode also holds a Master’s Degree in Career and Technical Education from Athens State University and has been a certified Alabama high school teacher for 10 years.
